You must contact Haus Hessen within 3 days of receiving your package of any problems with your order.
All products must be returned in store bought condition. Packing material must be in new condition, items cannot be accepted for return if cartons are written on, labels removed, defaced, etc.
A 20% restocking fee may apply for returned or exchanged items.
If returned item included free shipping, all outgoing shipping costs will be deducted.
Any free gifts must be returned with the item or appropriate charges will apply for the gift.
Credits will be applied to the card used to make the purchase.
In the event an item is not available at the time the order is placed, you will receive notification by e-mail letting you know when the item will be available.No further action from you is necessary unless you wish to cancel the order.
